Expert Dexterity instant recharge...
So if I have Expert Dexterity up, and I trigger Whirlwind Attack on 6 adjacent foes, does the recharge comes in?

[expert's dexterity]
it just recharges faster if you attack 6 adjacent foes it means you immediatly get 6 strikes of adrenaline but you can get them on whirlwind attack because you have 1 second recharge i don't know why you would take expert's dexterity in the first place cuz it's kinda crappy |

Well if the attack recharges before you hit the targets, then it would be recharged.

It wont recharge before hit, because asfar as I know, whirlwind starts to recharge the moment it hits.

The skill will work exactly the same... the only way you would get the adrenaline to use it again is if something recharged it INSTANTLY seeing as the attack hits, then the skill recharges.

Whirlwind Attack won't ever be affected by Expert's Dexterity because you can't use anything to reduce a recharge below 1 second.
